Hi guys – I’m back. Missed this sooooo much. Daughter moved me into Shady Pines (Golden Girls reference); for the old, the disabled, and apparently the criminally insane.
Having a wonderful time. Wish you were here. (No, wouldn’t wish that on people I like.)
Computer died, am now trying to type on stupid phone. I realize I am the only person not in a 3rd world country who has never used a “smart phone,* great now I’ve lost my quotation marks and freaking parentheses!!! (got em back but not sure what I did!)
Anyway, I know y’all are doing alright because I caught up/cracked up reading comic and comments.
First night I was here, someone stood outside my door at three o’clock in the AM, ranting about evil white women and snakes. Not sure if it was directed at me, or just coincidence. The fire alarm goes off daily. They usually set the sprinkling system off once a month. Hasn’t happened yet, so I have that to look forward to. Supposed to be updating system. I hope it gets done before we water the antiques.
And there goes the fire alarm again! Whew – and off w/o sprinklers …. Ugh! The agony of anticipation!!!
